Children's LTS Medicaid Waivers
Wisconsin's Children's Long-Term Support Medicaid Waiver Programs
A family whose child has a severe disability, and who is under the age of 22, may be eligible for CLTS Waivers. A severe disability is a physical, developmental, or emotional impairment, which seriously limits the child’s ability to carry out basic daily living activities such as self-care, learning, communication, mobility, and self-direction.
