Vernon Manor is a 80 bed skilled nursing home nestled in the beautiful countryside of Vernon County and surrounded by the rolling hills of cultivated corn fields. Vernon County has been providing quality care to community members for over 100 years. We have earned a reputation for being a facility of choice within the surrounding area. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing the highest level of professional care to all residents delivered through a homelike atmosphere.
We have updated our facility with the latest technology, equipment and skilled staff. A full time staff development nurse enables us to provide continuing education for our staff. This allows us to stay current with the latest advancements in modern medicine and geriatric care. Being certified in both Medicare and Medicaid permits us to accommodate occupancy for either short term rehabilitation or as a long term resident. With nearly 200 admissions per year and a 79% return home rate, we focus on providing the best physical, occupational and speech therapy so our residents can reach their goal of returning home.
