Program Eligibility

To be eligible for WIC benefits in Wisconsin, a person must meet the following requirements:

• Be pregnant, breastfeeding, or a new mother; be an infant or child up to the age of 5 years.
• Be a resident of Wisconsin (Not only Vernon County); and
• Be income eligible; or
• Qualify for BadgerCare/Forward Health; or
• Have a health or nutrition need.
