Birth to 3 is Wisconsin’s early intervention program for children ages 0-3 years, with developmental delays and disabilities and their families.

Birth to 3 Early Intervention Services essentially includes three things:

1. It identifies those children who may have developmental difficulties.
2. It provides services to enhance the child’s development.
3. It identifies ways parents and professional can work together to meet those needs.
