WI Child Support Guidelines
Wisconsin courts use the guidelines in the Child Support Percentage of Income Standard for setting support amounts. These guidelines assume that both parents are responsible for supporting their children whether they reside together or live apart.
It is very important to understand that only a court can set or change a support order. Your child support agency may not be able to assist you.
