• Referrals to doctors, dentists, and programs like Food Stamps, Medicaid, healthy Start, Head Start, and Badger Care.

 

Farmer's Market Nutrition Program

This program is available while Farmer's Markets are open in the summer and fall. Vouchers for Wisconsin-grown fruits, vegetables and herbs are issued to families participating in the WIC Program. Vouchers can be used at local Farmers' Markets.
