All the Town of Sterling and that part of the Town of Jefferson south of a line commencing where STH 56 intersects with the west border of the Town of Jefferson, then east on STH 56 to Sidie Hollow Road, then south on Sidie Hollow Road to Lake Road, then east on Lake Road to County Road XX, then east, then north on County Road XX to STH 56, then east on STH 56 to the eastern border of the Town of Jefferson (Town of Jefferson Ward 4).
